It's about capturing a moment and perfecting it as much as the tape
allows. Virtual time travel. Impromptu themes generated in afterthought.
It is what it is when it is and it is what it was until digital editing
makes it is what the was is now.
It's about frisbees, the media, job loss, eggs, confusion, exploding
tires, ants, booze, love, outer space, taxes, rejection, Burger King or
anything else that creeps out in a given moment's subconscious.
It's a primal energy that pulsates and recedes - and when you edit the
tape from 20 minutes to 6 you find that you are on to something.
Something real and true. Something unique.
It's life representation through improvisation - both celebration and
condemnation.
The Sheep Fiends move my cheese and they get me back to the garden.
When's the next jam?
Don't much dig doing cover tunes, unless they turn into a space jam
based on a riff...
Really like it when everyone is making it all up right on the spot...
Enjoy lots of delay/effects/samples/giggle sticks...
It's cool when there's a singer or three and I enjoy partaking in this
activity if my fractured brain is in the right place for it...
Beats (organic or otherwise) are groovy, some guitars, some keyboards,
whatever else is lying around...
Trippy atmospheric stuff is great when it's done well, which can be
difficult to pull off...
Bluesy stuff is decent when kept in smaller doses...
Releasing the soul of the Chupacabra is attainable, but only with the
proper orchestration...
